There is also a terrific bay beach that you'll have exclusive access to as part of the Clearwater Beach Community, which has its own private marina, playground, bocci court, covered pavilion, bathroom, showers and grills, where it's perfect to have a picnic. In the summer, there are also lifeguards and a kayak available for use. Clearwater has truly terrific sunsets, and it never gets too crowded! And if you're into fishing, there is a jetty to fish from. The house has an expansive and private backyard, and is set on a shy half acre, with a large deck right off of the kitchen to relax outdoors, an electric awning and a hot tub. There is an outdoor dining table that seats six, and the yard is completely fenced in. There is also a new outdoor shower, and enjoy the hammock to relish the southern exposure! The primary/master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a queen bed, the second bedroom has a king bed (or two twins), and the third room has a full bed. There is a washer/dryer located in the two car garage. The town bay beach at the end of Gerard Drive is also around the corner and provides uninterrupted views of the water on both sides. There is even an honor system Farm Stand at Springs Fireplace Farms where they put out their fresh locally grown produce daily. There are many other stunning bay beaches, and the local waterfront is ideal for boating, sailing, and fishing, along with the other cultural attractions of the east end of Long Island.
