Unit HighlightsFour Room Garden Floor-Thur. Not to be missed. In my opinion the prettiest tree-lined block in Carroll Garden. It's right out of a Grimm's Fairytale. I am not kidding.The townhouse is wide and the kitchen is getting some upgrades. The rental has big windows, hardwood floors, and lots of charm. Incidentally, the rooms are an all great size! Easy to create a home office, dining room, or whatever you choose. Amenities include a dishwasher and there is also a washer/dryer in the basement. Which, is shard just with two other apartments. That includes the owner and one other renter.The Kitchen: The kitchen has terrific counter space, some of which will be new. It has lots of cabinetry. It is a terrific cook's kitchen with a door that leads to your private and spacious outdoor space. Closets: This rental has LOTS of closets! No disappointments. There is also some additional storage in the hallway, which is your private entrance. Yes, easy to keep a couple of bikesWhat have I forgotten? The rental has nice wood floors and the heat/hot water is included in the rent. To me, this is a bargain.Renters can have a pet on approval as long as it is very friendly and trained.
