His experience spans sales, marketing, new development operations, and design. He has worked with industry giants such as Fisher Brothers, Witkoff, New Valley, and SL Green. He currently serves as Head of Operations for Madeline Hult Elghanayan, one of New York City's leading re-sale and new development brokers. Aaron expertly manages exclusive luxury co-op and condominium sales on the Upper East Side, Chelsea, and the West Village. His collaborative approach, strategic insight, and commitment to excellence make him a trusted partner for a wide range of clients.

Aaron holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Connecticut. Originally from Stamford, CT, he now calls Greenpoint, Brooklyn home.
