Adam Greenfader is a managing partner at AG&T, a real estate development and advisory company based in Miami, Florida. Adam has worked on over 52 developments projects in The United States, Puerto Rico, Panama, the Caribbean, and Europe. The projects total over one Billion dollars.

Adam and his team specialize in residential, resort, island, and distressed assets. He has personally managed the design, entitlements, building, and sales, of over one thousand new residential units.

Adam enjoys being a thought leader for innovative development practices and is active with the Green Building Council, National Association of Home Builders. He currently chairs the Caribbean Council at the Urban Land Institute and is the Liaison for the Puerto Rico Builders Association.

Adam Greenfader is fluent in French, Spanish, and English and holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California.
