Belinda Fernandez has over two decades of industry experience stemming from a successful career as a sales agent selling waterfront properties on the Texas Coast. With an extensive background in sales, customer service, and compliance, she quickly transitioned to sales management and trainer for a prestigious luxury firm in Houston Texas. She obtained her Texas Broker's License in 2006 and today serves as Broker of Record for Douglas Elliman Texas. Belinda is committed to being available, responsive, and is deeply invested in the growth and success of her agents, treating them like family. Belinda also manages the Business Operations Team, transaction management system, and supports the Sales Management Team and Agents with industry questions, contracts, forms, and transactions. She is a graduate from the University of Houston earning her BA and worked in the television business as a Broadcast Engineer for over 15 years before entering the wonderful world of real estate.
