A Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker and Director of Operations for The Lieberman Team, Allison lends invaluable support and expertise to both her clients and colleagues. She is an active real estate broker on the team serving the needs of buyers and sellers; however, her primary focus is operations, involving a myriad of vital roles including public relations and marketing, putting the team’s listings and successful transactions at the forefront of her priorities.

Allison brings a comprehensive business background to each transaction and utilizes cutting-edge analytical and strategic skills. She has an unmatched understanding of one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets, and a relentless work ethic that leads to outstanding results. This along with keen insight on market trends allows her to ingeniously tailor marketing strategies to best fit a client and secure top dollar.

In her prior career as an asset management attorney, Allison orchestrated many major transactions and large complex deals domestically and internationally. Her love for negotiation and strategy coupled with an exciting NYC market full of opportunity led to her natural transition to real estate. Being raised in a family of real estate professionals, she has always been passionate about and immersed in the industry. Allison knows the city inside-out and is eager each day to execute seamless transactions for her clients and team. She enjoys closing deals, but more so, is focused on elevating her team, cultivating relationships, and establishing clients for life.

From the Philadelphia area, Allison holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Central Florida. She has lived all over Manhattan the past 15 years, currently in Tribeca with her husband and son. Allison actively supports the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation in honor of Jamie Lieberman. As a health and wellness enthusiast and a certified health coach, she enjoys trying new recipes and workouts, and helping others become the best version of themselves.
