Outgoing, highly organized and always up for a challenge, Brittany Herman thrives in the fast-paced and collaborative world of real estate and works diligently so her clients thrive too. From seasoned investors to agents on the other end of the negotiating table, everyone who has worked with Brittany will attest to her strong work ethic and warm heart. A people person through and through, Brittany loves the interpersonal aspect of real estate, especially touring properties and building genuine relationships with clients. She listens attentively, and therefore excels in matching buyers to the perfect home that meets their needs.

Originally from Great Neck, New York, Brittany grew up in a family involved in real estate around Manhattan and the Hamptons. She often attended showings, cultivating an appreciation for architecture and design. Brittany began her career at CAA, where she learned the fundamentals of servicing high-profile clients and connecting talent to unique projects. She decided to make the pivot into real estate, where she is able to continue sourcing special properties and projects for her clients. Brittany has earned her real estate licenses in both Florida and California, and joined top-selling teams in both states that specialized in luxury residential transactions.

When she isn’t assisting clients and managing contracts, Brittany enjoys exploring new pockets of L.A. On a day off, you’ll probably find her playing golf in Beverly Hills or having lunch at Soho House with clients. Having grown up in an animal-loving family, Brittany has a passion for rescuing animals and finding them their forever family. Brittany holds a B.A. in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington.
