In her 22 years of experience as a realtor, Jennifer has helped clients relocate from Asia and Europe, find their first home, sell their homes to downsize/move to a bigger home and relocate overseas or to another state. Her close working relationship with local builders, architects and other service providers are critical to helping her clients renovate or build their new homes. Relocating to Greenwich in 1997 from Asia, she personally knows what needs to be done to make your move a smooth one. Jennifer's expertise in social media has helped in marketing her client's home here and abroad, and regularly updates people on the latest events in Greenwich. Jennifer's contacts are not limited to the US but include Asia and Europe.
Jennifer's 8 years of experience as a trader has made me an excellent negotiator and an acute observer of market trends in Real Estate. It has also helped her clients with their purchase/sale of their residential/commercial investment properties in Connecticut. In Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong (1993-1996), she speculated on the movement of foreign currencies and interest rates to maximize short term profits.
In Standard Chartered Bank Manila (1990-1993), she initiated the trading of Treasury Bills and authored its trading manual.
