Jeremy offers clients years of experience in every neighborhood of Manhattan, where he was born and raised. A proud member of the accomplished Ann Marie Folan Team, Jeremy is passionate about the city and its ever-changing real estate market. He is able to clearly explain market conditions, forecasts, and pricing to buyers and sellers so they can make informed decisions. A City College of New York graduate, Jeremy majored in Business Administration and Management. He previously worked for a private psychology practice where he built and maintained an online infrastructure and handled various marketing campaigns. His interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, coupled with his keen attention to detail and data-based guidance, are invaluable in making the real estate process informative and smooth.

Outside of real estate, Jeremy has many interests that include architecture, travel, food, and playing golf.
