Over the past 15 years, Justin Tuinstra has set himself apart as one of the star performers in New York real estate. He earned his real estate license in 2008 at the height of the financial crisis, and from there he worked his way up quickly — joining the Eklund Gomes team at CORE, then eventually landing at Douglas Elliman, where he’s been since 2011.

Leading a group of ten agents, Justin has closed over $500 million in sales and earned himself a reputation as one of New York’s most adept market strategists. Drawing on his deep knowledge of New York real estate, Justin brings a unique artistry to negotiation — delivering high-level results to buyers and sellers alike.

When Justin isn’t overseeing successful deals across Manhattan, he can be found hitting the slopes or enjoying a live show from one of his favorite bands. But his primary passion is doing right by his clients — bringing a rigorous, insight-driven approach to every deal.
