About Maricela

Maricela Lee brings over 25 years of Real Estate experience and has worked in a variety of financial markets. As such, she has gained experience in a wide range of real estate matters and boasts intimate knowledge of markets along the California coast from San Diego to Santa Barbara. Being a native to Orange County coastal cities all her life she has a passion for the OC lifestyle and extensive knowledge of the local market which offers her clients an in-depth understanding of the various niche markets, neighborhood vibes, school systems and lifestyle offerings.

With her amount of experience she acknowledges that timing and good communication are key points to a successful transaction. Her clients also find her to be patient, genuine, powerful in negotiations and committed to their success; Maricela has a keen eye for interior design and ability to recognize the potential in every property. She finds that being an excellent listener, asking the right questions to solve problems with creative solutions, and being extremely detail-oriented provide her clients the edge needed for outstanding results. Above all she believes and always takes pride in "doing the right thing" for all her clients.

When Maricela is not assisting her clients, she is hiking, gardening, and traveling with her family. Maricela is also involved and supports several local animal shelters.
