Born & raised in Long Island, Tania Monteiro has a deep appreciation for where she grew up- its history, its people & its unmatched charm. An explorer by nature, she has trailed through many hikes from west to east end of Long Island and upstate NY.
First generation born from Portuguese parents, Tania takes pride in her family and cultural background, either by eating a pastel de nata or speaking fluent Portuguese with family and friends.

Tania has been an active member of her community for over 6 years, dedicating her time in healthcare at NYU Winthrop Langone. As a vital resource in the laboratory, she has aided in testing, research and facilitating standard-controlled settings to ensure optimal patient care. She has turned that community focus toward real estate to provide the same attention for your buying and selling needs.
