About Tanya

Tanya is no stranger to the Wellington Equestrian community, as a seasoned rider and resident of Wellington for 36 years. Tanya is passionate in the Equestrian discipline. She brings not only her compassion and experience to her clientele but also, her professional knowledge, as a business graduate of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton, Florida.

A great communicator, known for honesty and integrity, Tanya provides her clients with insights only a true insider can provide. She educates her clients with day-to-day market updates, so they can take immediate advantage of the information when an opportunity presents itself.

Tanya specializes in farms and luxury properties in Wellington and nearby areas. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she has developed a strong understanding of the equestrian lifestyle and how to provide the best resources and opportunities to her clients.

When she is not working alongside her Douglas Elliman team, Wellington Properties, led by Francis Hoet, she is spending much of her leisure time riding her 2 horses in beautiful Fox Trail community! She continues to advocate for the Wellington Equestrian community and looks forward to procuring the same passion to all those who share in her passion!
