As a fourth-generation L.A. native and Malibu resident since 2000, Natalie Todd has a rare advantage of history, connections, background, and extensive knowledge of the entire Southern California region. Natalie specializes in buying, selling, and leasing properties throughout California.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Natalie received a B.A. in Public Relations and Marketing and graduated Cum Laude from Pepperdine University. With extensive experience in real estate development and commercial construction, she brings a unique integration of skills along with her marketing and public relations background.

Natalie worked with one of Malibu’s prominent Realtors®, participating in over $300 million in sales during her time on one of Malibu’s top luxury real estate teams. Her background in commercial construction and real estate development complements her passion for properties and real estate sales. Specializing in the luxury lifestyle, Natalie’s areas of expertise include investment properties and residential sales in Malibu, Santa Monica, Venice, Pacific Palisades, SFV, Hollywood, Brentwood, Bel-Air, and Beverly Hills. She has over 15 years of experience in commercial construction and real estate development and has built an extensive network of builders, investors, and loyal clients.

Natalie Todd has earned the prestigious Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designation from the Luxury Home Council and is currently recognized as MAXIM Magazine’s Resident Real Estate Specialist. Beyond her expertise in Los Angeles, Natalie is a seasoned world traveler, having explored over 30 countries across every continent.
