Daniel Mark Biczyk is an agent who understands that real estate is much more than just a job. It is a rewarding opportunity to help people with one of life’s most important choices, their homes, and it is an opportunity that he takes very seriously. Studying South Florida real estate and the way the market moves has been a passion of Daniel’s from a young age. A native of Boca Raton, he has grown up with the area and loves being connected to the neighborhoods in which he lives and works. Watching the growth of the city and his role within it is something that Daniel is extremely proud of.

Expertly guiding his clients through the details of the real estate transaction, Daniel is a knowledgeable agent and skilled negotiator. His ability to market and advertise a property is what truly sets him apart. Treating his clients’ needs with attention to detail, each property is marketed with a strategy that is tailor-made for the client and home. “I believe that each property tells a story all its own,” says Daniel. “Finding the person who loves that story is where I thrive.”

Daniel has watched the changing real estate landscape for as long as he can remember. Keeping abreast of the changing market trends, advertising mediums, as well as architectural and interior designs allows his clients to see the potential in a property far beyond what is right in front of them. Familiar with the luxury homes and condominiums from Miami to Jupiter, Daniel has a special love, and nearly all-encompassing knowledge of, the properties of Boca Raton. Clients looking for waterfront properties, country club communities and estate homes will find that Daniel’s wealth of knowledge is hard to beat.

Always knowing that he would turn his love of real estate into a career, Daniel began his professional life working as the Marketing and Advertising Specialist for a local, family-owned real estate company immediately after graduating from Florida Atlantic University with his BBA in Management and Marketing followed by his MBA. Working with Top Producers offered valuable exposure to the business and he quickly honed his skills in how to successfully market properties in an ever-changing market.

Today, in addition to his love of all things real estate, Daniel enjoys traveling whenever possible and experiencing the sights, sounds and tastes of other cultures. A lifelong resident of Boca Raton, he also can be found biking or jogging the Spanish River Library Trail for the incredible South Florida sunsets. Daniel is fluent in English and Polish, and is also a member of the Florida Atlantic University Alumni Association and the Boca Raton Historical Society.
