From diligently marketing the customer’s property to locating the waterfront home that best accommodates their boating preferences to finding a renter for their investment purchase, Mimi is prepared to assist her clients in any real estate search or transaction.

Thanks to the mentoring of her banker and real estate investor father, Mimi became a highly experienced, savvy investor herself. In addition, she spent a dozen years as a building, remodeling, and new construction developer in Gables by the Sea, Pinecrest, and Key Largo. And as an avid world traveler, she has established fruitful business connections in a host of European and Asian countries, including China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.

Born in Cuba, she has lived in Florida since she was a young girl, growing up in Miami Shores and attending Miami Dade College and Florida International University. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, she has also resided in the Redlands, Kendall, Brickell, Key Largo, Pinecrest, Gables by the Sea, and Coconut Grove. In her free time, she enjoys international travel, collecting art, boating, real estate investing, learning about foreign cultures, viewing foreign films, and attending cultural events.
