About Kathleen

Kathy is a lifetime resident of Fort Lauderdale and it's biggest cheerleader. She's seen Fort Lauderdale grow from a sleepy little beach town where the cars parked directly on the sand, where the most excitement happened when the college kids swarmed to the beaches during spring break. Now a sophisticated destination with an international airport, museums, theater, shopping, and miles of waterfront homes and condos, Kathy has grown up with her hometown.

A former professor of the History of Architecture, Kathy has a love for design, and an eye for potential. She has endless patience and revels in the thrill of finding the perfect home for her clients. She has personally owned homes in Rio Vista, Idlewyld and the Las Olas Isles, and knows the history and secrets these wonderful areas hold.

Based in the Douglas Elliman branch in the beautiful Ritz Carlton on the beach, and the Las Olas office downtown, Kathy can help you with oceanfront condos or private homes in all price ranges. Her co-workers call her "tenacious" and marvel at her dedication for finding the perfect property for each and every client.
