Michelle Lauzier’s first step in assisting her client is to fully realize and identify what their exact needs are in terms of property. Once this has been pinpointed, she then begins by using a wealth of data and analytics, as well as a reliable network of contacts to focus on how current trends are fluctuating in that area. These statistics can then be used as a starting point to begin to determine a range of properties that fit those specific needs.
Michelle focuses on the prestigious coastal market of Naples and is knowledgeable on the region as a whole. Working as an executive assistant under Michael Lawler, the leading agent in the region, the knowledge she has acquired is invaluable and she uses it on a daily basis to craft specific plans to go about a property search.
Developing relationships and being responsive to client’s needs are at the heart of what Michelle hopes to cultivate. She prides herself on being a multi-tasker who is communicative, a problem-solver, and easy to work with. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from Florida Gulf Coast University and uses these vital skills along with her past real estate experience in creating specific plans for all clients. Her philosophy is to buy the location not the property, and she strives to educate her clients on this philosophy with their early interactions.
Originally from Connecticut, Michelle moved to Southwest Florida for school, and after falling in love with the area, made it her permanent home. She enjoys fishing the local waters, and other surf and sand activities.
