Carmel grew up in County Limerick, Ireland has lived in Melbourne, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Houston, and has lived in Palm Beach for almost six years. An avid traveler, she also has a deep understanding of many different cultures thanks to the global nature of her previous career.
