3 Penthouses at New Upper East Side Tower Hit Market for Nearly $80M

As covered in the New York Post , three penthouses at the newly constructed, two-building development Beckford House & Tower on Manhattan’s Upper East Side have listed for a combined $79 million.
Spanning from 4,141 square feet to 6,522 square feet, the three homes range in price from $20 million to $30 million, the Post notes.
All three are located atop the 72-unit Beckford Tower portion of the development, located at 301 E. 80th St.
Douglas Elliman’s Barbara Russo is Director of Sales for the development while Elliman’s Danielle Englebardt, Tal Alexander and Jared Schwadron have the listings.
Penthouse 31 , located at the building’s apex, asks $20 million for four bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and three terraces.
Penthouse 29 is asking $29 million for 6,522 square feet across a full-floor with six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and 193 square feet of private outdoor space.
And finally, the $30 million Penthouse 30 has six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms across 5,452 square feet, with three terraces totaling 893 square feet.
Beckford Tower’s amenities will include a piano bar and lounge, a party room with a catering kitchen, an Art Deco-inspired pool area, a fitness center with yoga and training studios and a half-court for basketball.
Designed by William Sofield’s Studio Sofield and developed by Icon Realty Management, the development has passed the 85%-sold mark since launching in October 2019—accounting for more than $478 million in sales to date.
