Elliman Insider sat down to find out everything from what Yair’s biggest challenge is to why it’s important to be ahead of the curve in a business that’s always changing. Elliman Insider: When did you know that real estate was your calling? Yair Tavivian: I was always fascinated by real estate, but when I landed in New York City, after serving in the Israeli Army, and saw the magnitude of the New York’s skyline—that was when I really felt inspired to get into the business. EI: What is your biggest challenge as an agent? YT: Find the right balance between personal and professional time. The works is so demanding that you can get confused. Make sure to balance.
