Nearly a year and a half since it began, construction on the boutique residential new development 66 Clinton is on pace to wrap up by the end of 2023.
Designed by New York-based firm TalliTien in coordination with C3d Architecture and developed by Vault Development Partners and TLM Equities , the seven-story townhouse-style building will bring 12 new luxury residences, including a full-floor penthouse, to Manhattan’s historic Lower East Side.

“66 Clinton’s 12 residences offer a unique townhome living experience that brings a quiet sanctuary and majestic garden to the Lower East Side,” said Matthew Levine, the founder of TLM Equities.

Ranging from 975 to 1,611 square feet in size with one to two bedrooms—plus a 2,227-square-foot penthouse with over 800 square feet of outdoor living space—66 Clinton offers stylish homes with thoughtfully conceived interiors and a great location close to everything the neighborhood has to offer.
The interiors showcase organic and neutral color palettes, floor-to-ceiling windows, generous open-concept layouts for flexible living and elegant touches throughout. Each floor of the building comprises two residences, while the penthouse unit occupies the entire top level.

Residents also enjoy access to a garden with multiple seating areas, a communal lounge with a fireplace and a gym complete with top-of-the-line equipment.
“Each residence feels like a private townhome and was designed with intimacy and privacy in mind,” Levine continued. “Plus, this building is located in the heart of the buzzy and vibrant Lower East Side. It doesn’t get much better than that.”
