by Elliman Insider Team
November 2023
With more half of its 76 residences sold, closings well underway and the recent unveiling of over 38,000 square feet of private residential amenity space, Olympia Dumbo has been one to watch in Brooklyn’s burgeoning luxury development market.
The 33-story condominium tower, developed by Brooklyn-based Fortis Property Group and featuring sail-like architecture by Hill West , has appeared as the top condo contract in the weekly Brooklyn Luxury Reports 27 times since 2022, including six times tied at #1. Now, the Olympia has pulled back the curtain on a show-stopping suite of amenities that includes NYC’s highest private outdoor tennis court with views over the Brooklyn Bridge.
Designed by renowned interior and architecture firm Workstead , the amenity offerings span three floors and feature indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, sauna and steam room, a movement studio, a separate spin studio, and a juice bar.

Olympia’s youngest residents have access to a playroom, private park and waterpark and an outdoor shipwreck-themed playground that aligns with the development’s nautical motifs inspired by Dumbo’s maritime and industrial history.
