Charles Manger Joins Douglas Elliman's Hamptons Leadership Team

Douglas Elliman announced today that Charles Manger has joined its Hamptons leadership team as Sales Manager, overseeing both the Southampton and Bridgehampton offices. Previously, he was a sales manager for Compass.

In his new role at Douglas Elliman, Manger will focus on supporting agents and expanding the brokerage's market presence and brand profile.

Manger brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience across the real estate, tech, and finance industries. Prior to his role at Compass, he served as the ​​Vice President and Executive Director of Eastern Long Island for Brown Harris Stevens, where he played a pivotal role in establishing their presence on the East End. He later continued his career in finance, expanding his expertise in the sector while serving as a financial advisor at firms including JPMorgan Chase and UBS, before returning to real estate.

With deep-rooted connections to the East End community, Manger resides in Southampton village, where his family has spent generations. These longstanding ties not only give him a profound understanding of the local real estate market but also provide him with a wide personal network that reaches from the Hamptons to Wall Street.

Manger is also an active supporter of local community organizations, including The Southampton Town Aquatics & Recreation Corporation (STAR), where he serves on the board and is helping lead efforts to bring the STAR AquaCenter—and indoor swimming pool and fitness facility—to Southampton, a mission close to his heart as a former competitive swimmer.
