DE Development Marketing Expands Executive Leadership in South Florida

In a move to reinforce its success in the South Florida new development market, Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM) announced that it has expanded executive leadership across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.

The company annoucned that Karen Mansour is joining the DEDM Florida team in Palm Beach County, where she will serve as Senior Executive Vice President and Managing Director. Mansour has been a part-time resident of Palm Beach County for over a decade and was previously a part-time resident of Miami Beach. Having overseen billions of dollars in residential new development projects in New York, she will now bring her expertise in development marketing to Elliman’s expanding Florida portfolio, with particular attention to the growing demand from buyers in NYC and the Northeast corridor.

Both Caprice Weber and Cathy Strafaci will continue to serve as Senior Executive Vice President & Managing Directors, respectively, in Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.

They’ll be joined by Jaime Drysdale, who has been promoted to Executive Vice President in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, and Adriana Echevarria, who has been promoted to Executive Vice President in Miami-Dade County.

With this newly reinforced executive team on the ground in Florida, DEDM will continue to leverage its platform to elevate partners and clients into market makers and trailblazers. The division also remains committed to expanding cross-market collaboration, working closely with senior members of the Planning & Design and Research & Analytics teams.

Additionally, Bryan Cohen, DEDM’s Chief Operating Officer & Counsel, will continue to provide his indispensable legal and operational oversight to the national portfolio.
