Douglas Elliman Welcomes Agent McKenzie Ryan to the Flagship Manhattan Office

She is known for utilizing social media to her clients’ advantage. Over the course of the last 12 months, Ryan pulled over $10 million in sales volume just through Instagram, where she has nearly 60,000 followers, and has closed many virtual deals over the last two years, without ever meeting the clients in person. Her listings have spent an average of just 18 days on the market, and two-thirds of the homes she has represented have sold above their original asking price. Specializing in both resale and new development in the luxury condo and townhouse sectors, Ryan has worked with an extensive portfolio of clientele, including entertainers, athletes, artists and more.
