Douglas Elliman Welcomes Taylor Middleton

Douglas Elliman Realty announced today that top-producing agent Taylor Middleton has joined the firm. A specialist in New York City luxury sales across TriBeCa, SoHo and the Upper East Side, Middleton also serves clients in the Hamptons and will soon expand to South Florida. She will be based out of the brokerage’s flagship office at 575 Madison Avenue.

Middleton has established herself as an expert in the burgeoning field of wellness real estate, which puts personal health and wellness at the center of property development and the residential experience, from design and construction to services and amenities.

In 2022, Middleton’s sales volume surpassed $35,000,000, with recent sales records including $7,280,868 for 565 Broome, N 25A; $5,450,000 for 100 Barclay, 30D; $5,200,000 for 181 Hudson Street, 4BC; and $1,850,000 for 7 Cooper Lane in East Hampton. Her listings at 450 Washington, 1402, and 570 Broome, 13A, are currently in contract, last asking $6,470,00 and $4,495,000 respectively.

Middleton graduated with honors from Vanderbilt University where she studied Business and Psychology. In her free time, Middleton plays tennis and works out at Tracy Anderson, NoFar Pilates and Pure Barre, and is involved with The Bone Marrow Foundation and Central Park Conservancy. She and her husband reside in TriBeCa with their golden retriever, Mac, and enjoy spending time in Sag Harbor and Nantucket.
