Elliman Agent Adam McKaig Honored at Star-Studded Event Featuring Prince Harry and Meghan

Douglas Elliman agent Adam McKaig was honored for his contributions to the community of Santa Barbara, California, at a star-studded event hosted at the oceanside estate of Kevin Costner and featuring awards presentations by Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. One805 , a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting first responders across Santa Barbara County, awarded McKaig its “Heart of the Community” award in recognition of the work done by his own nonprofit, Adam’s Angels . The One805LIVE! event on September 22 also honored Costner and featured appearances by Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres and performances by Maroon 5, John Fogarty and Alan Parsons, among other musical luminaries. A volunteer-run 501(c)(3) organization established in 2020 amid the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Adam’s Angels gathers and distributes donated clothing, toiletries, non-perishable food and street-survival equipment to those experiencing hardship in Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, Montecito and Goleta.
