Matthew Cohen Joins The Holly Parker Team as CEO, Associate Broker

Douglas Elliman Realty announced today that Matthew Cohen has joined The Holly Parker Team as Chief Executive Officer and Associate Broker.  He was previously at Brown Harris Stevens. As CEO of the Holly Parker Team, Cohen will be responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as recruiting select agents in New York, Florida and the Hamptons. He will be based out of the firm’s 690 Washington Street office where he will also continue to service his clients and customers as an associate broker. Holly Parker and Matthew Cohen Cohen was recognized as one of the youngest real estate brokers in New York City to surpass $100 million in sales and is consistently ranked in the top 100 by sales volume in the U.S. by RealTrends’ The Thousand List. He has been in the business for more than a decade and in that time has completed almost $700 million in sales. His biggest sales include apartments at 104 Wooster Street, 93 Worth Street and the Upper East Side home of James de Givenchy, nephew of the luxury fashion icon. Prior to real estate, Cohen worked in finance at Morgan Stanley. An avid golfer, tennis player and pickleball player, he enjoys being with his family and friends and is an active member within the LGBTQ community. He splits his time between his homes on the Upper East Side and East Hampton.
