New Development Executive Nikol Solares Returns to Douglas Elliman in Miami

Nikol Solares has returned to Douglas Elliman in Miami after a brief four months with Compass. She will serve as Executive Vice President of Sales and Strategy.

An accomplished real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience, Solares specializes in high-end residential properties and prestigious new development projects throughout South Florida. She began her real estate sales career at Yacht Club at Portofino, where her achievements led her to projects such as Akoya Miami Beach, Azure Condominium in Surfside, The Parc at Turnberry Isle, Isola Island Residences on Brickell Key, and NINE @ Mary Brickell Village.

As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for New Development at Douglas Elliman, Solares oversaw more than $2 billion worth of luxury residential developments in some of Southeast Florida's most sought-after addresses, including notable projects such as ARTE, Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach, The Standard Midtown, EDGE House, and EDITION Edgewater.

The strategic appointment comes as Elliman continues to expand its portfolio throughout Florida's most coveted markets. The return of Solares follows a string of recent promotions and new hires within Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Florida.
