By Grace Cassidy In West Palm Beach, an historic home has moved to a new locations—for the second time—and listed for $2.52 million . Known as the Riddle House, for its original owner, Karl Riddle, who served as West Palm Beach’s first city manager and the chief engineer to architect Addison Mizner, the Spanish-inspired abode was originally built in 1925 in the Hillcrest neighborhood before it was moved downtown. Now,  the home has moved again , this time a mile down the road to Flamingo Park, where it is undergoing a full facelift and remodel to bring it up to date. (Another Riddle House in West Palm Beach, also owned by the same Riddle, was similarly relocated to its current home at South Florida Fairgrounds’ Yesteryear Village.) “The Riddle House is being completely remodeled and reimagined but will keep its historic charm throughout,” said Jessica Julian , the Douglas Elliman agent representing the listing. “This is a great opportunity to own a home rich with Palm Beach history.” Located at 432 Ardmore Road, the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath house spans 3,150 square feet and includes an office or flex space. Other features include a grand front entry, a decorative bar area between the kitchen and dining room, two working fireplaces, a 50-bottle wine cellar and the original historic floors, tiles and cypress ceilings. Homeowners will appreciate a 1,500-square-foot lower level for storage, with room on the lot for a pool or garage.
