The space is located at 321 Ocean Drive in the South of Fifth neighborhood, and it is the only full-floor, oceanfront penthouse in all of South Beach. The approximately 13,220-square-foot, two-story penthouse boasts five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, along with 360-degree ocean and city views throughout the space. The striking space has floor-to-ceiling windows that emphasize the breathtaking vista and provided unparalleled natural light, while a sleek living room, kitchen and dining room area offer an expansive and luxurious living space. An approximately 5,223-square-foot private roof deck features an outdoor kitchen, fire pit and entertaining space with a dining table that can accommodate up to 40 people. A 36-foot infinity pool is the focal point of the outdoor space, where residents and guests can take in sweeping ocean views from 100 feet above the beach.
