One River Point by Rafael Viñoly One River Point is a new luxury condo complex located in Downtown Miami and designed by world-renowned architect Rafael Vinoly. Dual 60-story towers rise above a floating podium from which a serene waterfall cascades 85 feet to a shimmering pool below appearing to flow into the Miami River. The condos feature private elevator landings, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, stone flooring, and 12-foot deep terraces.
