Starchitecture is alive and prosperous in Miami – year after year, the city is adding new buildings designed by starchitects, from the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) and 1111 Lincoln Road (deemed the most amazing parking garage you’ve ever seen) designed by Herzog & de Meuron, the Faena District by Rem Koolhaas’ OMA (Office for Metropolitan Architecture), the Patricia and Phillip Frost Museum of Science designed by Grimshaw Architects, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts by Cesar Pelli or the New World Center by Frank Gehry.

Eighty Seven Park by Renzo Piano
Eighty Seven Park is a new luxury condominium located at 8701 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, designed to seamlessly embrace park and ocean. Designed by Pritzker Award-Winning architect Renzo Piano, the building is surrounded by a lush 35-acre city park to the south and a private garden to the north.
Italian architect Renzo Piano is also the architect of the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris (1977), the Shard in London (2012), the Whitney Museum in NYC (2015).

One River Point by Rafael Viñoly
One River Point is a new luxury condo complex located in Downtown Miami and designed by world-renowned architect Rafael Vinoly. Dual 60-story towers rise above a floating podium from which a serene waterfall cascades 85 feet to a shimmering pool below appearing to flow into the Miami River. The condos feature private elevator landings, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, stone flooring, and 12-foot deep terraces.
Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly is also the architect of 432 Park Avenue in NYC (2015), 20 Fenchurch Street in London (2010), and the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts inPhiladelphia (2001).

Park Grove by OMARem Koolhaas

Monad Terrace by Jean Nouvel
Monad Terrace is a new selection of luxury bayfront condos located in Miami’s South Beach and designed from arrival to bay by Pritzker Prize-winner Jean Nouvel. Composed of 59 waterfront residences around a glittering lagoon on Biscayne Bay, Monad Terrace provides great light and expansive private outdoor space while being sheltered by climbing gardens that feature native Bougainvillea and Passion Vines.
