Stephanie Bo Li Represents Buyer in Record-Setting Sale in Connecticut

Douglas Elliman agent Stephanie Bo Li represented the unidentified buyer in the record-setting sale of Copper Beech Farm in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Last asking $150 million, the property ranks as the most expensive home ever sold in Connecticut, as well as the fifth largest residential sale on the East Coast and the ninth largest nationwide.

Drawing on her decade-long career on Wall Street prior to launching her career in real estate, Bo Li was able to identify the right buyer and negotiate the deal within four months of the property coming to market.
