Inside the residences is a four-bedroom, four-bath corner condo that offers the ideal combination of old-world charm and modern convenience. Spanning 5,321 square feet, the N-721 unit was designed by architect Richard Meier, with interiors by Greenauer Design Group . The property, represented by Douglas Elliman agents Joyce Gato and Jaclyn Bild , is available for $33 million.
The home showcases wide open living and dining spaces, floor-to-ceiling ocean-view windows and a custom kitchen with a stone island and top-of-the-line appliances.
