The Sarkis Team Celebrates Close of More Than $1 Billion in Sales Volume

The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman recently marked a major milestone when it officially closed on more than $1 billion in sales volume. Founded by George Sarkis, Partner and CEO, and Manny Sarkis, Partner and COO, the Boston-based team has been a force in the industry since expanding to Massachusetts in 2019. Their record-breaking deals include sales of 150 Woodland Road in Brookline for $23,000,000; 34 Paine Avenue in Beverly for $18,275,000; 16 Marlborough Street in Boston for $16,000,000; 33 Sears Road in Brookline for $14,800,000; and 38 Masconomo Street in Manchester-by-the-Sea for $11,000,000, among many other multi-million-dollar sales. Ranked the #1 Large Team in Massachusetts and the #4 Team nationwide at Douglas Elliman, The Sarkis Team participated in two of the top ten most expensive sales in Massachusetts in 2023. The team celebrated its achievement with an April 6 gathering at The Palm in Boston. Along with Elliman executives Lisa Rainis, Executive Manager of Sales, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont, and Richard Ferrari, President and CEO of Brokerage, New York City and Northeast Region, attendees included New England Patriots players Ja’Whaun Bentley, K.J.
