1005 Alamo

Located on September Square in historic downtown Castroville and on the Medina River, Brauer House, ca 1869, has been thoughtfully restored and meticulously cared for. The main house features a large front room with a fireplace, serving as the living and dining rooms, a back room with a fireplace that could serve as a bedroom, and a bath and kitchen. The old smokehouse was refurbished with a bath, bedroom, and closet; the back house also has a bath, bedroom, and closet. All of these spaces would lend well toward office space. The large lot has a sprawling yard leading down to the Medina River.
