The MBR Suite has its own bathroom too . The "living space" is grand ! The Open Kitchen is just the right size with stainless steel appliances and a great counter that's L shaped which makes this kitchen very user friendly.
The TERRACE off " the big living space " is like an extension and should be enjoyed . This generous living space has a WBFP and draws so much natural light because the owners recently installed a wonderful PICTURE WINDOW . If you like modern this is really a good one ,great size and such a clean, contemporary look. A very inviting and large space such as this one should get your serious attention. The LOCATION is awesome with proximity to new restaurants and my favorite place to grab an Egg cream, the FARMACY . I should know as I live a few blocks away in what I have dubbed the Carroll Gardens Village but very low key with perfect energy . Easy to show and a great owner waiting to speak with you. Cats are not an option here. Easy Manhattan commute + quick hop to the F train that connects with the A train .See you soon .
