"The builder was probably Thomas Wylie (1784-1864), a real estate developer, who was also the builder of #29 next door...the walls were given a coating of stucco and the Italianate roof was added sometime after 1850.' Current owner removed the stucco veneer, exposing massive stone walls, meticulously repointed. Both roofs are now pitched as shown in the drone photography. $145 avg monthly utilities!
