Originally established as a woolen mill in the mid 1800's this incredible 8000+ sq. ft. brick building is now home to Outer Limits Brewery and Tap Room. The current owners purchased the brick shell and conformed it into a state of the art brewery. Everything in the building is new (5-6 years old) I mean EVERYTHING! All of the mechanicals, a new elevator, commercial kitchen with a custom wood fired pizza oven, 110 seat Tap Room, and the list goes on. Outer Limits Brewing contracted with Pugsley's Brewing Projects International "PBI" in 2019 for a complete turnkey 10-barrel brew-length “Original Peter Austin Brick Kettle Brewing System”. The brewery is designed to produce English-style and American-style ales plus various lager beers. The cellar has a mix of open-top and enclosed fermenting vessels with vertical and horizontal condition/bright beer tanks allowing complete system flexibility. Outer Limits Brewing has been a staple in the area for local events, benefits and fundraisers. The successful business has been a mainstay to locals and out of state guests enjoying great beer and food in a wonderful inviting atmosphere.
