Amenities include floating docks with deep water slips, 24 hour marina security, 100 foot wave wall, illuminated parking lot, restrooms with showers, hookups for internet/phone/cable, 110 and 220 volt dockside power. Marina fee for the year is $1272 and billed quarterly at $318. Taxes are $124 for 2024. The Hudson House (club house) and pool are an additional minimal fee for owners.
