Palazzo Querini is located within the insula between the Rio de San Barnaba, Rio de l'Avogaria, Rio del Malpaga and the Grand Canal.

In Jacopo de Barbari's view, the palace appears as an aggregation of buildings of approximately three levels standing on the straight line of Calle Lunga San Barnaba and probably used for activities connected to the Malpaga squero.

The original portion of these artefacts can be found in the basement of the fronts on Calle Lunga San Barnaba, ramo, calle and Campiello del Squero. The creation of the Palazzo as we see it today dates back to the 1600s.

The palace is divided into different parts: Ground floor, mezzanine floor, first floor, second floor and third floor.
