Trails, trails, trails! This lot is directly adjacent to Hyde Park's huge Cricket Hill trail complex. Ski or mountain bike right from whatever house you build directly onto the trail system. You can also walk from the lots, via the trail system, to Lamoille Union Middle/High School and the Green Mountain Technology Center.

Lot 4 has an approved septic design for a 3-bedroom home and the plans show a drilled well. These improvements haver not been made on site yet. The road into Lot 4 will need additional work and electric service currently ends at the bottom of Haley Drive on Lot 1.
