COS COB
Back in the 1890s, Cos Cob was home to the first artists' colony in Connecticut and a cradle of American Impressionism. These days, residents are still drawn to the town's scenic location along the Mianus River and Cos Cob Harbor, with ample opportunities to dock a boat, and the enclave's cozy neighborhood feel. With its own well-stocked library and historic train station, Cos Cob offers all the amenities of Greenwich in a tight-knit community package. Many homes in Cos Cob can be found on or very near the water, from Capes and two-families to newer construction on large lots.
