Alida started her working career as a Paralegal/Manager of a Matrimonial Law Firm. Over a decade later, she transitioned into the Real Estate Industry, assisting clients with loan modifications, foreclosure abatements, buy and flips, and short sale processing. She oversees construction, development and design on residential and commercial projects. Her 20 plus years of experience in the Real Estate Industry benefits her sellers when selling their home, as she has an eye for staging and what needs to be done to get top dollar for your home! When working with buyers, she helps them visualize the home that has potential for their unique lifestyle, or check off all, if not most of their wish list boxes to find them their dream home.

Alida is an employee of KA & B Properties, Inc., where they do foreclosure note buyouts and negotiations, short sales, and buy and flips which has given her the desire to pursue her love of all things real estate by getting her license. She is also a model and actor . She has lived on Long Island with her family her entire life and has an extensive network between real estate, modeling and acting.
