Joe joined Douglas Elliman as a a seasoned sales professional, with over ten years of experience in the Capital Markets. While on Wall Street, Joe distinguished himself and had great success with developing relationships with sophisticated clients. Joe’s strengths included identifying and effectively communicating new industry concepts and trends, as well as, negotiating deal terms to successful completion. Joe's skill set and business acumen are a natural complement to his real estate career as they have enabled him to efficiently analyze and understand markets and provide focused advice to clients on pricing, marketing and negotiation strategies. His efforts have proven to contribute to his team’s continued success.

Joe is a graduate of Boston University (BU), where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in finance. He was also a walk-on to BU’s Division I hockey program. In addition to hockey, Joe is an avid golfer and skier. Whether in his professional, personal or athletic endeavors, Joe always maintains a strong work ethic and is dedicated to the task at hand. He is knowledgeable on the real estate market, tenacious, trustworthy and always is the client’s advocate.
