Ralph Maroun's affinity for real estate began with an appreciation for architecture, which he inherited from his parents (both architects and owners of a family real estate business). His innate knack for business was further cultivated over eleven plus years of representing high profile residential and commercial properties. While Ralph led a successful career in real estate, his passion for the industry continued to flourish. This drove him to pursue a Master's degree in Real Estate at NYU, further deepening his knowledge and expertise in the field.

He has gained recognition as an agent who combines a special understanding of how to balance the trends of the market with service-based understanding of the client's needs. Having received a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Notre Dame University (NDU). Ralph first began his career at Morgan Stanley where he worked in wealth management . He knows how to understand the bigger picture as well as the intimate and immediate values of those he represents. He makes sure the process is fun and rewarding, and pays enormous attention to detail.

Ralph is a native of Lebanon and moved to the USA in 2001. He has an excitement and curiosity about New York that gives him an edge in the hunt for the perfect home, and he understands the mindset of someone who is discovering it for the first time or who is moving into a new neighborhood. Adding to that his strong work ethic, his demeanor and professionalism, his emphasis on clear communication, and his persuasiveness.
