About Shannon
Shannon Sullivan is a proud, native Houstonian and long-time resident of the vibrant Garden Oaks neighborhood. A licensed Realtor since 2006, Shannon brings years of expertise to the table, making her one of the most well-rounded professionals in the Houston real estate market. From navigating the complexities of residential leases to facilitating multi-million-dollar transactions, she has successfully represented clients in every aspect of real estate, including luxury high-rise living and unique, one-of-a-kind estates.
Her deep connection to the city and its ever-evolving landscape fuels her passion for helping clients find their perfect place in Houston, whether they're first-time homebuyers, experienced investors, or looking to buy or sell a high-end property. Shannon thrives on Houston's dynamic growth, staying ahead of the curve on the latest developments and trends across the city. She loves witnessing the transformation of neighborhoods, and her extensive knowledge of both established and emerging areas helps her clients make informed, strategic decisions. For Shannon, it's not just about buying and selling homes, it's about being a trusted partner in her clients' real estate journeys, guiding them through every step with professionalism, integrity, and an unmatched dedication to service.
After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Health Education and Dance, Shannon taught for six years at James E. Taylor High School in Katy. Working closely with her dancers and their parents, she cherishes so many memories shared during that time of her life. You can still find her on a judging panel for local and state dance competitions every spring! Shannon credits her family for being the most important influence in her life. "I owe a lot to my mom and dad and how I was raised," she says of her parents. When Shannon isn't working, she loves spending time with husband, Cody and precious, rescue Pit Bulls, Bella, Harley & Mama. And on occasion, she finds time and space to rescue and foster dogs throughout the year. During football season, you'll find her at University of Houston home games, as she's been a season ticket holder since 2010.
